Armitive LLC ("Armitive," "we," "our," or "us") operates armitive.com and the subscription-based SaaS platforms Kavana Studio and Caira. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • ·Contact form submissions — name, email address, inquiry reason, and message content submitted via our contact form at armitive.com/contact. Submissions are delivered by email to our team and are not stored in a public database.
  • ·Account and subscription data — billing information, company details, and account credentials when signing up for Kavana Studio or Caira.
  • ·Job application data — résumés, cover letters, and candidate profile information processed through Kavana Studio on behalf of our B2B customers (recruiters and employers).

Information collected automatically

  • ·Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referral URLs, and browser/device type collected via standard web analytics.
  • ·Device data — IP address, operating system, and browser version for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • ·Caira platform data — classroom documentation, child activity records, and parent communication content processed on behalf of licensed childcare centers, subject to center policies and applicable regulations.

How We Use Your Information

  • ·Respond to contact form inquiries and support requests.
  • ·Provision, operate, and improve Kavana Studio and Caira subscription services.
  • ·Process billing and manage your subscription (via our payment processor).
  • ·Send transactional emails — account confirmations, billing receipts, product updates.
  • ·Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve product performance and reliability.
  • ·Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Data Storage & Infrastructure

Product and account data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located in the United States. Contact form submissions on armitive.com are sent via email through our email delivery provider and are not stored in Firestore. Kavana Studio and Caira use Firebase Authentication and Firestore for user authentication and application data. We do not store payment card numbers — payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • ·Service providers — Google Cloud Platform / Firebase, our payment processor, and other vendors that help us operate the service. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • ·Kavana Studio B2B customers — candidate data entered into Kavana Studio is controlled by the employer using the platform, not by Armitive.
  • ·Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Armitive or others.
  • ·Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact form correspondence is retained in our email systems as needed to respond to inquiries. Account data is retained for the life of the account and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • ·Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected.
  • ·Deletion — request that your personal data be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
